TriStar Properties and tenant World Wide Technology (WWT) selected Gray to design a 176-acre campus at Gateway Commerce Center, a 2,300-acre logistics and bulk distribution park located outside Edwardsville, Illinois.

Gray developed a comprehensive master plan for the two buildings, balancing office, lab and logistics functions to optimize space and enhance connectivity. World Wide Technology’s new Tech Center offers 80,000 square feet of office space and a 50,000-square-foot lab, fostering collaboration and innovation. The Logistics Center boasts 1,013,000 square feet dedicated to product storage and distribution.
Adaptable + Flexible
The open office design features low-height, sit-to-stand workstations and a mix of open and enclosed collaboration spaces. To maximize natural light, enclosed rooms are minimized, with demountable glass fronts allowing for adaptable, interior space construction.
