Project Overview:
When Faultless Healthcare Linen decided to maintain their presence in the Saint Louis area with a new facility, they engaged Gray Design Group. After analyzing several sites, they decided to construct their newest facility in the Soulard area. Together with Faultless, Gray designed a state-of-the-art facility that meets their growing needs. The 80,000 square foot facility has approximately 5,000 square feet of office space, with the remaining building footprint dedicated to production. To maintain HLAC accreditation required for their business operations, strict compliance in the design was essential.
