When Colliers International asked Gray Design Group to design their St. Louis office, they requested a fresh and imaginative approach to the process. Several options were prepared in the early planning stages to maximize natural light. A cultural shift from the traditional closed office plan to a contemporary open office plan gained additional daylight and allowed for multiple meeting spaces for clients and staff. The new environment was also designed to attract and retain the best professionals. The timeless material palette throughout the suite provides a neutral backdrop for showcasing their properties.
