In addition to the existing Delmar Gardens campus, Building III is a distinctive five-story structure adjacent to the award-winning Delmar Gardens Enterprises Corporate Campus. Lush landscape, water features and artwork are enhanced in all the buildings to complete this signature location. Delmar Gardens Building III also has a full-service cafeteria available for the campus and the surrounding area. This building utilizes the same palette of rich materials; pre-cast concrete, tinted glass, and polished steel accents. The flowing lines of the curvilinear geometry complete this unique development.
