Overview
Gray partnered with Elite Tool to design a 120,000-square-foot facility that embodies the precision and performance at the heart of their work. A prominent flagpole anchors the site, offering high visibility from I-64. The building’s exterior is finished in a custom “Frank Blue,” a playful nod to the company’s owner, paired with a sleek metal awning that adds definition and weather protection to the main entry.
