Project Overview:
Gray Design Group was selected to plan the new St. Louis corporate headquarters for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). The design implemented new brand standards and current workplace concepts, allowing the space to double as a showroom for future clients. This meant removing traditional private offices to create more collaborative workspace, conference and recreation areas, all while highlighting the natural light and scenic downtown views. The signature JLL red and graphic branding throughout the suite show off the company’s culture to clients and employees alike.
