Project Overview:
Progress Point is a three-story office building in the Progress Point Business Park. The building utilizes architectural concrete panels ornamented with extensive brick details. Tinted glass, highlighted by a two-story glass atrium, creates a distinctive yet contemporary structure. Additionally, this project achieved Gold Level Certification from the Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) program of the US Green Building Council. Originally planned as a spec building, it was customized for its major occupant, Fireman’s Fund.
