Project Overview:
SARA Investment Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate investment and brokerage company, has established an office in the Saint Louis area. During programming, Gray Design Group was selected to design a space in one of their newly acquired properties. The space serves as a primary function of housing the local real estate team and creating a leasing office for the Corporate Hill Campus. Various design elements were implemented to show prospective tenants a visual of the opportunities available within the buildings. A custom reception desk, exposed open ceiling and central work café are among the first illustrations that guests experience when visiting the space. A neutral color palette allows their corporate brand to take the stage and create an interactive and welcoming experience.
