Gray designed the new 131,000-square-foot built-to-suit headquarters and manufacturing facility for Tubular USA, featuring office and warehouse space with a bay, allowing convenient loading and unloading and over 50,000 square feet for expansion on the east side.

Elevated Exteriors
A metal pergola adds architectural charm to the entrance. Painted concrete tilt-up panels, paired with two-story metal window frames and tinted glazing, create a contemporary design that allows for abundant natural light to enter the interior.
Modern Identity Rooted in Industry
Gray redesigned the logo to incorporate pipe and tube details, reflecting the industry and refined the letterforms to create a sophisticated identity that considers scalability. This approach opted for a modern yet timeless font, providing adaptability across various platforms.
