Project Overview:
Westport Commerce Center is a 1.3 million square foot industrial park in West Saint Louis County. Gray Design Group designed four 200,000+ square foot buildings of the six planned for the park, just miles from Highways 141 and 364 and Interstates 270 and 70. The growing popularity of online sales and the demand for final-mile delivery services resulted in increased demand for warehouse space.
