Project Overview:
Keystone Construction selected Gray Design Group to design a new 131,000-square-foot built-to-suit headquarters and manufacturing facility for Tubular USA in Chesterfield, Missouri. The project features 5,000 square feet of office space and a 115,000-square-foot warehouse with a drive-thru bay allowing convenient truck loading and unloading in Chesterfield, Missouri. Anticipating future growth, over 50,000 square feet of possible expansion is slated for the warehouse’s east side. Painted concrete tilt-up panels with two-story metal window frames with tinted glazing create a contemporary design for the exterior and offer abundant natural light for the interior vestibule. A metal pergola graces the entrance, adding a touch of architectural charm. Gray’s Branding + Graphic Design (B+G) Studio redesigned the Tubular USA logo to reflect the details of the piping, coating and tube industry, elevating the exterior architectural elements.
